The Adtimize Intelligent Digital Signage solution offers the ability to centrally distribute adverts to a network of screens installed in retail stores. Participating stores can be equipped with an LCD screen and the Adtimize Intelligent Digital Signage Media Player. Content is centrally loaded onto the system. This provides consistent advertising messaging across multiple branches which is centrally administered. This technology is far more effective and reliable than traditional poster based advertising approaches. This business benefit is achieved without adding any workload to the store manager due to the central control.

Each screen can be set up to play different sales campaigns relevant to the location of the screen and the associated products in its vicinity. Screens can be mounted on the end of aisles or from the ceiling or built into the product display furniture and represent product advertising and promotions for products in that vicinity.

The Adtimize Intelligent Digital Signage system is optionally equipped with an IP camera capable of facial recognition allowing the system to keep track of how many people view each advert. This high value data can then be presented as reports to identify which adverts work well and which adverts do not. Key information about number of people that view and advert and how long they view the advert for can be used to understand the effectiveness of the content and the location of the display.

Such valuable reporting data is also exportable into CSV format for import into Excel to allow total flexibility. Clearly by merging sales report information with advert playing history information it would be possible to create a report showing the direct impact on sales created by the advertising. This can also be correlated with the number of impressions captured.
